After an early career in HR, a family break and two years International experience in Hong Kong, I embarked on my own business in 1990. I was awarded an MSc in HRM in 1994 and developed a new model of Motivation. I achieved Human Capital Strategist status in 2010. Entrepreneurial business skills and a love of life-long learning enable me to undertake a broad range of projects according to clients' needs.
